Introduction



Electric power steel poles are made of polygonal steel pipes, circular steel pipes and other steels. Hot dip galvanizing or hot spraying zinc (and zinc alloy) coating is used for anticorrosion treatment. High Voltage Steel Power Pole is a substitute for traditional cement poles.



What is the scope of use of transmission pole industry?



Thermal power generation generally refers to the general term for the way in which the heat generated by the combustion of fuels such as petroleum, coal, and natural gas is used to heat the water, turn the water into high temperature, high-pressure steam, and then use steam to drive the generator to generate electricity.

The technological process :

5. Demoulding and Maintenance: The pole with a mold out of the maintenance room, demoulding, demoulding pole continue to maintain moisture or soak for a period of time.

Classification of electric poles



There are six types of poles used in overhead lines: linear pole (intermediate pole), angle pole, tension pole (sectional pole), terminal pole, crossing pole and branch pole. Generally, a complete overhead line has a turning angle and a span. Therefore, when choosing the pole type, we should consider the following aspects:



1., we must consider safety and reliability. Righteousness can not affect the movement of vehicles or ships, but also consider saving materials.



2. The pole type should also be selected according to the distance between the transmission line, the sag of the conductor, the minimum vertical distance between the conductor and the ground and various facilities, and the installation position of the crossbar.



Choose the rod type according to the location of the installation site. The straight bar is the support point of the straight line part of the overhead line, the tension bar is the support point of the sectional structure, the corner bar is used to change the direction of the support point, the terminal bar is the support point of the beginning or the end, the branch bar is used to divide the support point of the branch line, and the span bar is used to cross a certain place.
