1. Fully automatic Program Controlled High Efficiency Filter Press adopts the sinopec or Yanshan petrochemical polypropylene as raw material, after high pressure hot melting through 4000T injection molding machine, using high-precision die casting. It has the features of strong compressive strength, high sealing and high mechanical strength.
2. The main frame adopts the Q345B, which is automatically cut bu CNC cutting machine. It is designed in box welding construction and is processed by automatic submerged arc welding technique. The weld is smooth and beautiful. It has the advantage of corrosion resistance, high tensile strength and good impact resistance. After the overpressure test, safety factor is 2.2 times and could meet the requirements of high pressure filter plate to ensure its safety and stability, and completely solved the problem of main beam deformation of filter press.
3. Use the converter of AB, built-in chain, pulling plate and slide all are added protective device, and the upper and lower chain box are closed, witch all these ensure the cleanliness and flexibility of pulling plate system.
